A Day In The Life Of A Franchisee

Tom gets up early.

Tom meets with his Crews and Crew Chiefs to discuss the day’s jobs, goals and review the prior day. Tom makes having fun at this meeting a priority. Everyone heads off feeling good about Tom, Global Garage, themselves and the job they are doing.

Tom’s made sure of that.

The Crew does the WAVE at a busy intersection near today’s job. It is a daily ritual that keeps Global Garage Top of Mind. The crews look sharp in their uniforms.

The Crew shows up at the job, meets with an excited homeowner and gets to work.

Tom spends an hour doing office work.

Tom starts Networking with Realtors, Property Managers and Contractors. He takes this job very seriously.

Tom goes to a meeting with a Property Manager.

Lunch TimeAt noon Tom goes out to a local builder’s job site, takes his BBQ and makes lunch for the contractor and his crew.

He shows off Global Garage floors and the contractor decides to put a Global Garage into the show house of his subdivision.

Tom’s excited about that.

In the afternoon a new customer calls the 1800 number call center and books Tom for an estimate.

The scheduling software notifies Tom of the estimate. Tom calls the customer to say “hi”, discuss any further questions and assures the customer that he will be on time and professional.

Tom goes to a different estimate that was booked several days ago. He shows an excited customer their flooring and cabinet options, discusses the price and books the job.

Tom calls the customers from the previous day’s jobs to make sure they are satisfied. The customers weren’t satisfied… they were ecstatic and Tom finally hung up the phone with a smile on his face.

The crews finish their jobs for the day, collect the money and wave goodbye to a very happy customer.

Tom calls his Global Garage coach to discuss an unusual customer request, a marketing issue and how to order another trailer and equipment.

Meet the homeAfter leaving the office Tom drops by the home of one of today’s jobs.

The customer is excited and happy and can’t wait to show it off.

Tom is also there to inspect what he expects. He leaves feeling good and happy about the job his crew did.

On his way home Tom goes to the gym for a workout to keep his body as strong as his mind and his business.

It’s been a long, busy, fun day, and Tom falls sound asleep quickly.
