John Antolini

John Antolini is the CEO of Global Garage Flooring. Before taking over as the head of Global Garage, John spent his career in all aspects of franchises: owning his own Maidpro cleaning service franchise, building a successful franchise system called Mosquito Terminators, and finally founding the Green Home Solutions franchise company. As a former franchisee himself, John knows the only way to grow a franchise is by developing meaningful relationships with the franchisees like yourself. That’s the only way to truly build a franchise system from the ground up. John lives in the Hartford, Connecticut area with his wife and his two sons.

Joshua Kovacs

Oakscale Development Company
Joshua Kovacs is the General Manager of Oakscale, Global Garage's franchise development company. Joshua has over 6 years of experience in franchise development and management: as Vice President of STEM education franchise Engineering for Kids, he helped grow the concept into a Franchise Top 500 brand with over 100 units across 6 countries, and he has since served as a franchise development consultant for a variety of successful fast casual concepts. Josh was awarded the Certified Franchise Executive designation by the International Franchise Association and holds a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University.

Michael Lannuccilli

Head of Operations
Michael Lannuccilli is Head of Operations for Global Garage. Michael has been a Global Garage franchisee since 2013. He operates the franchise known as Global Garage Flooring & Design Central New Jersey. Prior to his work with Global Garage he was a VP Level Accountant with Citibank. He was the 2014 Global Garage Franchisee of the Year.

Bonnie Sharon

Director of Marketing
Bonnie Sharon is the Director of Marketing for Global Garage. Bonnie has operated as the Marketing manager at Green Home Solutions and as the Director of Social Media at Wireless Zone. She has an extensive background with a variety of franchisors and developing consumer based marketing programs.

Lance Jensen

Head of Supply Chain
Lance Jensen is the head of supply chain for Global Garage. With over 10 years of experience in the Concrete Coating industry Lance is Global Garage's expert in floor coating technology. Lance works directly with franchisees to ensure they have the right tools and materials for the job.

Samantha Lane

Before Global Garage, Samantha enjoyed a 14 year career in the marine and industrial fire suppression industry, managing a service company in the Ballard area of Seattle and opening a branch office in Oahu, Hawaii. Recently, Global Garage has provided a perfect match for her office skills, and she loves working with our franchisees and writing blog articles.

Comprehensive Operational Training

Every Global Garage Franchisee is trained at one of our Coastal Training Facilities and learn the ins and outs of our brand and how to operate. In addition to this training, we will send Global Garage training directors to franchise location for a week of onsite training.

Ongoing on-site and remote support

Operations are the core of the Global Garage system. Global Garage has a team of Operations experts who are on call to assist franchisees with day to day ops, as well as custom orders and specs for Commercial and Residential jobs of any size.

Extensive Marketing and lead Generation Support

Global Garage provides training and ongoing marketing support, including customizable marketing plans and lead generation support.

Franchisee Requirements

Global Garage is seeking franchisees that are focused on exceptional operations and customer service, and that are looking to build large franchise territories. The ideal candidate would also possess an understanding of construction and contracting, but this is not a requirement.

Minimum Financial Requirements

$25,000 Liquid Capital and $50,000 Net Worth
Liquidity Note: Franchisees must have clear access to at least $100,000K for multi-territory agreements. This ensures you have adequate capital to buy territory and operate your territories.
